Commercial launch is blocked until the owner completes the seller and privacy-officer fields in the Dashboard.

Whispy processes Discord identity, organization memberships, operational permissions, technical diagnostics and billing traceability. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe. Requests for access, correction, portability, withdrawal or deletion may be sent to the privacy officer below.

Controller and purposes

Whispy is responsible for personal information it holds. Data is used to authenticate, provide and secure the service, enforce voice permissions, support users, bill customers and meet legal duties.

Collection, disclosure and retention

Categories include Discord identity, memberships and permissions, payer information, Stripe identifiers, diagnostics and security logs. Data is disclosed only to necessary hosting, Discord identity and Stripe payment providers, including infrastructure outside Québec following the appropriate assessment. It is retained under a documented internal schedule, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, portability or deletion, subject to legal and security requirements. Complaints may be sent to the privacy officer or Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.

Incidents and children

Privacy incidents are assessed, recorded and reported when legally required. Whispy does not target children; organizations must observe Discord age rules and local law.
