Terms of use

Commercial launch is blocked until the owner completes the seller and privacy-officer fields in the Dashboard.

These terms govern access to the Whispy subscription service. The selected plan, billing interval, price, limits, renewal date and cancellation rules are presented before Stripe checkout and confirmed electronically after purchase.

Account and authority

The subscriber confirms authority to bind the organization and must protect its Discord account and access. Designated owners manage their organization’s members, permissions and services.

Service and acceptable use

Whispy provides voice networks, operation tools, access groups, radio and gateways within plan limits. Illegal use, harassment, attacks, limit circumvention and unauthorized transmission are prohibited.

Price, tax and renewal

The price, currency, applicable tax, billing interval and next renewal are shown before payment. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at that interval. Stripe processes payment; Whispy does not retain full card numbers.

Cancellation and refunds

The organization owner can stop renewal for the end of the current period or request immediate cancellation from the Dashboard. A transaction can be refunded from Whispy only while it is marked unconsumed; all mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Cancellation does not erase accrued amounts. Mandatory distance-contract cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.

Availability and suspension

Maintenance, security, a Stripe-confirmed non-payment or a serious breach may suspend service. Whispy aims for continuous operation but does not promise absolute availability.

Ownership and liability

Whispy software, graphics and documentation remain protected. Subject to mandatory law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss connected to the service.

Governing law and contact

Applicable Québec and Canadian law governs these terms without removing mandatory consumer protection in the customer’s territory. Contact: .
